Purchase Terms and Conditions

In order to buy from our online website you must register first. After your registration, you will be able to shop and visit all contents on our website.  All your information is secret and safe.

Purchase Confirmation and Payment Method

After finalizing your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirming your request, the total amount of your purchase and the payment method you choose. You can pay by PayPal, Western Union or Bank Transfer. If you choose the last method we will provide you the IBAN so you can make the transfer.

Check all the data (name, address, total amount, etc) on your invoice and let us know if something is not correct. The payment must be made within 10 days after receiving your invoice. After that period, if the payment isn’t made, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment Confirmation

If you chose to pay by bank transfer please send us an e-mail to geral@helenabotelhojoias.com, with a copy of your payment so we can identify it.


All the orders will be sent within two days after checking your payment. However, it may take a little longer due to lack of stock. The order will be sent by registered mail to the address you gave us. Make sure you gave us all the right information otherwise we won’t be able to take responsibility if the item gets lost in the mail.

Shipping and Payment Terms

We’ll ship your order after the payment is checked. You can pay by PayPal, Western Union or Bank Transfer. If you choose the last method don’t forget to send us the information regarding the transfer so we can identify it and send you your order. Your order will be sent by registered mail so you can keep track of it.

Return and Refund Policy

If you want to return your purchase you have to send us the item/s by registered mail, at your expense, and in a good stage of conservation, as described in the next section. If the item doesn’t match your order or is defective we will refund you of its value by bank transfer. After validating your complaint, we will also refund you for the registered mail. So, in case of a positive complaint, we will refund you for the total amount of the item plus the mail to return it. You have 30 days to return your defective or wrong item after receiving it. After that deadline we don’t make refunds.

Return of Defective Items

You have the right to return your items, purchased in our webstore, if they are defective or don’t match the product your ordered. The return has to be made within 30 days after receiving your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. After validating your complaint we will refund you of the item and mail’s value. Cancellation Policy, after the purchase

You can return your item within 30 days after receiving it if, for any reason, it doesn’t match what you expected or wanted
To do so the item/s must gather the following conditions:
• Not have been washed or used
• Keep the original conditions
• Be complete (for example, if you buy a pair of something you have to return the whole pack);

You can’t return:
• Items that have been adulterated.

Cancellation Policy

You can, at any time, cancel your order without any cost before it is sent.

Under the Law 144/2015, 8th September, we inform you that in case of dispute the competent court of Law will be the CICAP – Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto.
